You can book online using our calendar. After submitting your request, our team will call you to confirm your appointment. Or you can call us on (205) 319-6223 directly.
Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other customers.
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future bookings.
For the safety of all pets and staff, dogs must be healthy and free of contagious conditions such as fleas, ticks, or infections. Please inform us of any medical conditions or injuries before the appointment.
If a dog becomes aggressive or unsafe during grooming, our team may stop the service for the safety of the dog and staff.
Severely matted coats may require additional time, shaving, or cost to safely remove the mats. Dematting may cause temporary skin irritation, and additional fees may apply.
Grooming time varies depending on the size of the dog, coat condition, and services requested. Our team will provide an estimated completion time.
We will notify you when grooming is complete. Please pick up your dog promptly. Late pickups may result in additional fees.
In the unlikely event of a medical emergency and we cannot reach you, we may seek veterinary care to ensure your dog’s safety.
