Welcome to Buff-A-Pup Wash (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including one-time washes, memberships, and any transactions made via our website or in-store. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Overview

  • Buff-A-Pup Wash provides:

    • Self-dog wash stations

    • One-time washes

    • Monthly membership plans (Fresh Fur Club)

    • Buff-a-Pup+ 

    • Discounted plans for rescue organizations and multi-dog households

    • Online payment and registration through Stripe

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • By making a purchase, you authorize Buff-A-Pup Wash (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.

One-Time Washes

  • Must be paid at the time of service.

Membership Plan

  • Memberships are billed monthly.

  • The first month may include a promotional rate; regular billing of $29.99/dog resumes after the promotional period.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and tied to the account holder.

  • You may cancel your membership after the first month of promo by contacting us via email: info@buffapupwash.com or mobile number (205) 319 6223.

Buff-a-Pup+

Buff-a-Pup+ is a bath-only pickup and wash service offered by Buff-a-Pup Wash, providing convenient home pickup, professional indoor washing, and return service. Grooming services such as haircuts, styling, or advanced grooming are not included.

  • Pickup and drop-off times are scheduled in advance and subject to route availability.
  • Customers must ensure their dog is ready and leashed at the scheduled pickup time.
  • Our team can wait a maximum of 5 minutes at a pickup location. After this time, the appointment will be marked as missed.
  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • Missed appointments may be rescheduled, subject to availability, and will incur an additional rescheduling fee.
  • Dogs are transported in a climate-controlled vehicle using secure and safe methods.
  • Multiple dogs may be transported during the same service run.
  • Dogs must be non-aggressive and comfortable with basic handling and transport.
  • All dogs must be up to date on core vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be required at pickup.
  • Buff-a-Pup+ reserves the right to refuse service to dogs showing signs of illness, injury, or unsafe behavior.
  • Customers must disclose any medical conditions, behavioral concerns, or special handling needs before service.
  • Someone must be available at both pickup and return to hand off and receive the dog.
  • Buff-a-Pup Wash takes reasonable care in the handling and transport of all dogs. By enrolling in Buff-a-Pup+, customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with pet transport and washing services.
  • Buff-a-Pup Wash reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its discretion for safety, health, or compliance reasons.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • One-time wash purchases are non-refundable once the service has been used.

  • Memberships may be canceled at any time, but no refunds are issued.

  • If you cancel before your next billing cycle, you will not be charged moving forward.

Use of Facilities

  • Customers are responsible for the safety and behavior of their dogs at all times.

  • Aggressive, dangerous, or unvaccinated dogs are not permitted.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Customers must follow posted wash station rules and instructions.

  • Buff-A-Pup Wash is not liable for injuries caused by misuse of equipment or inappropriate animal handling.

Customer Data & Privacy

We collect certain personal information to process payments and manage your membership. This includes your name, contact information, and payment details. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Website Use

  • Our website and its content are owned by Buff-A-Pup Wash.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or modify our website or branding without written permission.

  • Unauthorized use of our site or services may result in termination of access.

Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotions (e.g., “first month discount” or “50% off additional dogs”) are subject to change without notice.

  • Only one promotion may be applied per transaction unless otherwise stated.

  • Buff-A-Pup Wash reserves the right to end or modify promotions at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Buff-A-Pup Wash is not liable for:

  • Injuries or damages caused by animals on the premises

  • Allergic reactions to shampoos or grooming products

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings while on-site

Use of our services is at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.
